The hotel is categorized as all-inclusive; unfortunately, it is expensive and has very poor food quality. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are buffet-style with the same dishes, lacking good seasoning and with too few staff to serve. The snack area has scarce food and the hamburger meat is tough or burnt. The reservation-only dinner restaurants: the Mexican one has a very poor and unappealing menu for dinner, the Italian one only opens one day and we did not get to try it, and the Asian one is saved by the type of food that cannot be modified much.
Regarding drinks, they do not serve any known tequila, such as Herradura, Cuervo, or Jimador, nor do they have 1800 or Centenario, let alone Don Julio. They serve an unnamed tequila made in Jalisco that they did not show us, with the risk of being adulterated. For wine, they serve none from a bottle; they serve from a 4-liter bag that one does not know the origin of. The draft beer, light or dark, is from the brand Indio. The admission for members given by Adal is terrible; his attention is poor. The waiters are impeccable and try to improve the hotel's deficiencies with their attentions, but the cafeteria person seems to be forced and provides bad service.
The pools are fine, but they lack umbrellas for the sun. The rooms are very neglected, with minibars that have no liquids; they count the water bottles, and towels and soaps are very scarce in the rooms.
With the situation being that it is a hotel that accepts pets, there are areas near the pools where there is a smell of dog feces, which is very uncomfortable; cleanliness is lacking.
