Very nice place to stay. Great location. Lack of hot water in bathroom and kitchen sink coupled with management lack of concern is reason for not getting 5 stars. FREE Breakfast very good and pool warm and clean. Outdoor kitchen. Really missed not having my own drip coffee maker, but survived anyway.

We picked this hotel because of the price and beach location. Excellent location for both Maderas and Principle Beach. Easy walk to the Oxxo and other businesses. This hotel has very plain rooms and is an adequate, no frills hotel. The bed could use a better mattress but our experience is that MX has hard beds. One chair in the room but seating on the veranda which was very nice. We had a unit with an outdoor kitchen with limited supplies with a large fridge in the room. Five gallons of water can be purchased cheaply to be brought to your room. NO coffee makers! That was a real downside for us. Pool is excellent and was warm during our stay. Bottom line, we would stay here again mostly for the location.

I like it is a very quiet and clean hotel, breakfast is good and varied, only the beds are a bit hard. It is super close to the beach and downtown. I recommend it for the proximity to everything to the beach in two minutes you are walking and downtown too.
