Excellent place to rest, very clean and friendly staff. Although parking is small, the carts are well guarded

The rooms are a little small, but they are pleasant, the bad thing is that they don't have much parking and we had to leave our vehicles on the street and at breakfast the orange juice would be better if it was natural. Apart from those small details everything is very good

The rate was different between two identical rooms, there was no hot water in the shower and the response was that the room had not been used in a long time and since it was Sunday there was no maintenance staff so they asked us to open the tap until it came out the water, which is terrible because of the waste, the room without air conditioning and without telephone, a very high rate was paid for a room extremely poor in services. We asked to speak to the Manager and were told there was none at that time. Unfortunately, the reception staff does not have the tools to respond to guests because customer service policies and the hotel's infrastructure only correspond to the owners.
