Terrible hotel, bad service, and they do not offer what they say; the pools are not available, the card gets deactivated, and you have to go down to the lobby, the air conditioning does not work, and the elevators are not functioning.

Terrible attention, since before I spoke with Mrs Gabriela sales, the accommodation was liquidated and arriving at the hotel the group refuse us the rooms because we had to pay in advance for breakfast, we were left more than two hours in reception, in the end we were not given the promised rooms and the staff gave us a very hard time the days we were staying! I don't recommend it.

do not go to this hotel, it is very bad for the price they can get another of better category, the bathroom doors do not close, at night they remove the water and put it until 6 AM the next day, the breakfast buffet is not good, the egg is raw the chilaquiles are cold the beans do not taste anything, lacks much much much much deep cleaning to the hotel, the controls of the tv do not serve, there is a lot of noise at night etc etc etc etc, I no longer put more details really be careful when booking
