Aranzazu Eco Guadalajara

Very bad the despot managers and the actions do not communicate them to you in time and form my daughter vomited in the loby and I had to clean it myself that because they did not have cleaning staff and the manager seeing and did not lift any fingers apart that they retained our bags until it was ssp and not book in booking

I stayed at the Aranzazu hotel last october. I love i'm Jilotepec, so my Friends and i visited Guadalajara, and it is an amazing cozy. I really love the hotel, the service was the most attentive. The only problem that it was that night it is alredy dangerous and noisy. It is My third time in Guadalajara but My first time at hotel, the Prince is very affordable and it is wort visiting. The recepción and cleaning staff we're friendly, and i would stay there again.

The room is old, mistreated, it has not been properly maintained, the blankets are not washed, they even looked stained. The location is excellent near the historic center of Guadalajara, the employees are very friendly and attentive, I have nothing against it.
