Very bad experience, attention by the Sales people. I requested a quote for groups and at first I was attended by a girl who stopped answering and several days after insisting Alan answered me indicating that the girl was incapacitated. The service was very cutting, zero helpful... the confirmation event because the client so decided. I was introduced to the event coordinator (Koradi) as she requested it via mail, however, she did not answer the emails. Today at the event they brought out breakfast as they did not request red chilaquiles instead of green and there is no solution for this. I asked Alan to send mail with a copy to the client of what they had agreed to a day before the event so they would all be in the same channel and not triangular and his answer was "one thing is as you need it and another as I can do it"??? Really, a Manager answering this?

I give it two stars for the garden and pool in good condition. What takes away 3 stars is the appearance of cockroach in the suite on the ground floor. Call us at the front desk to come in with insecticide! That night we couldn't sleep!
