Holiday Inn Suites Historico Guadalajara

If you want to be just a short block from the pedestrian area, this is the place you should book. The location is wonderful for sightseeing and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had room 306 which was set up with king size bed, sofa, table with two chairs, and a desk and desk chair. The large TV had numerous English speaking channels (including CNN), lots of Spanish stations, as well as Netflix, Prime Video and other pay-per-view stations. There is a coffee set up, and two bottles of water are provided each day. This room was extremely comfortable, and received a lot of light. The view is of the roof of the building across the street and nearby buildings -not that great, but quiet. The buffet breakfast is very good and includes an egg chef. I had two other meals in the hotel restaurant and they were very good. I would stay here again.

I understand that the hotel is very old but that does not make its amenities bad, hotel with good location, good service, however the towels are worse than a mop, the shower only comes out a few drops and sink covered, I do not understand for the stands ar ihg allow this very bad
