Hotel Vista Hermosa

Thanks to all the staff, very friendly and attentive to each person's needs, very clean and very good central location, place to rest, very comfortable beds, we will surely return..........,...... .....................

This place is quite nice, and a great value. For 44 USD per night, it was fantastic. Despite previous reviews, or maybe because of them, the rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. The restuarant serves 3 meals a day, and the breakfast buffet is vast. The wifi worked well throughout my 5 night stay. It is on the corner of 2 busy streets, and there is some street noise. There was also some noise from an adjoining room, as well as noise from the hallways. The staff was very helpful with arranging laundry service, as well as driver to go to Tequila. I would definitely stay there again.

Checked in here for a visit to downtown and could not stay in the first room they took us to - must have been over 100 degrees inside. Moved to another room and first noticed so much hair and dirt in the hallways - filthy glass panels and doors. Inside the room reeked of backed up sewage and there was hair everywhere and on the sheets and pillows - very poor housekeeping standards here. The lobby entry glass was so smudged up you could not see through it. Time for ownership to take notice. Staff was super friendly however.
