Well my experience is that I personally the room I touched was very comfortable the pillows and everything clean the bathroom I even asked them to wash my clothes and although there was no washing service because it was Sunday I was washed which I thanked infinitely

I never thought to write such a review (I’m not really a fan of leaving reviews, but this merits it) I was in this hotel and, honestly, I would have stayed in the street or even in a cell before I stepped on this place again. From the moment I arrived, the attention was a disaster. The staff is incredibly rude and seems to be interested in making you uncomfortable; they show no interest in helping you. The rooms, on the other hand, are a real crap. From the moment you open the door, an unbearable smell of moisture invades you and, even if you try to vent, it won’t go away. Not only does it get soaked in the room, but also in your clothes, and you end up taking that unpleasant smell everywhere. There was no way to rest there, as the atmosphere is so oppressive and dirty that it is impossible to relax. Whoever is considering staying here: reconsider. This hotel is the worst place I've ever been, and honestly, I prefer anywhere before this.

I had a worthwhile experience during my stay here. Bryan, Natalie, and Claudia at the reception were very helpful and courteous. Bryan's English was good enough, so no problem in conversing. Natalie used mobile technology to converse with the guests who could type their request into her cellphone which was converted into Spanish and vice versa. The lady (do not know her name) who singlehandedly managed the breakfast counter was very efficient and polite, although at times there were delays when number of guests increased. Basic breakfast. Rooms were reasonably good and housekeeping upto the mark. There was a problem with the washbasin faucet which gave only hot water, no matter how you set it. So much so that I had to use bottled water to wash my hands. Bath shower water was okay. There was no coffee/tea maker in the room but make tea/coffee was available in the breakfast area at all times. Free wifi. Location is excellent as it is next door to the Expo, and so very convenient for people who have to attend work there. Very closely is the convenience store Oxxo (7-11 types) that is open 24 hours. Starbucks is within easy walking distance and so is the Plaza del Sol- one of the largest shopping malls in Guadalajara. There is also Little Caesars Pizza nearby. overall it is good value for money.
