Posada Guadalajara

Our organization recently held a 5-day conference at the Hotel Indigo Expo. It was a lovely experience! The entire staff was very helpful and kind. In particular, Don Rafael aided us in making decisions concerning our limited free time--since there is currently a lot of construction (due to the upcoming FIFA games). During our stay, we ate all our meals at the hotel's restaurant, JAL Cocina de Raíz. We had a variety of delicious, creative meals including traditional dishes with a twist. The mole, in particular, was unique and award-winning! A few of us had dietary restrictions, and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs and were all extremely gracious and helpful. Israel, in particular, was quite attentive to the needs of the guests. In addition, the entire staff was also very patient with our young children. Congratulations to this outstanding hotel and restaurant!

It exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried about the reviews left for this hotel, but now it has become one of my favorite hotels in Guadalajara in its category. The staff was very kind and warm from the moment I arrived, and for the first time, they addressed me by my name and engaged in conversation without being rushed. The room I reserved overlooked the hotel's central courtyard, which ensured there was no noise or light; it was a total rest, the bed was super comfortable, the room very clean, and with the necessary amenities. The only thing that could be improved is the shower; the water fluctuated from very cold to very hot on its own, aside from that, everything was perfect. In the evening, I went to the bar on the terrace and I did not expect it; inside the hotel, it is all tranquility, and the bar had a DJ with very good music, great views, and was very cozy for parties, birthdays, couples, everything. They have a very good variety of cocktails and good snacks. Thanks to the manager, Mr. Correa, who explained all the facilities and amenities of the hotel, I will definitely return. Excellent choice.

Unbelievable situation, but the BEST service and sense of safety during an unusual occurrence. We were in Bali once when a volcano erupted - this was a similar experience. The hotel was AMAZING! Big THANKS to Jacob Israel in the dining room and Christopher behind the bar. Also, the lovely concierge gentleman at the front door (What a gem!) We had tours booked, and all our money was returned. They kept us apprised of the situation, and we felt safe and cared for. We are travelling as a family with two children, so being trapped with no flights home is a challenge - but this hotel and staff made everything A.O.K. Besides the drama that happened on our visit, the hotel itself is lovely, and the food is delicious (try the salmon!) The city was a disaster, but the staff at Hotel Indigo kept us in comfort and safety. Thank you to housekeeping, concierge, the restaurant, admin ... everyone!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
