The hotel is wonderful, with excellent facilities that are clean, comfortable, and beautiful; the staff is friendly and attentive at all times.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is exceptional. The hotel has everything that you need for a great experience. Roof top bar is amazing as are the views.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, excellent service, great amenities. Best views of Guadalajara at the 360 rooftop. 10/10 We will definitely be coming back!
