Omni Puerto Aventuras

Don't miss out. This is the only true beach access in PA. The pool and property are gorgeous and newly remodel. The beach restaurant is delicious. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and sitting under huge umbrellas. We were able to access the pool by purchasing a day pass which was $32 for two adults. Shout out to Daniel, Alexander, Criztel at the beach restaurant. They were attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating (I'm a vegetarian) and kind. They truly made our vacation, we look forward to coming back next year. Viridiana and Jerónimo at the front desk were welcoming, helpful, and supportive. Thanks for always helping us put up the pool umbrellas. Pedro, the general manager, is awesome. He always greeted us with a smile. He truly has such a hospitable team.

Our experience at the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club has been unforgettable and very pleasant! From the moment you arrive, they take wonderful care of you! All the employees are very friendly and helpful; for me, that is very important to enjoy a good vacation. I RECOMMEND 100% the experience at Hosuto Restaurant; they have an incredible hibachi show. Chef Juan and the people who provided us with service are amazing! An experience you cannot miss! In summary, you are going to enjoy an excellent vacation at this hotel! The decoration, food, service, and attention deserve 5 stars. Thank you for everything, and it is definitely a place to RETURN 100%!

Excellent experience at Hosuto Hibachi, Puerto Aventuras. The food was delicious, everything very fresh and with excellent flavor. The hibachi experience was very entertaining; the chef did a great job and created a fun atmosphere for everyone. Moreover, the service was exceptional; all the staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived until we left. The place is pleasant, clean, and perfect for enjoying with family or friends. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience if you visit Puerto Aventuras. We would definitely return!
