Thank you very much, from the heart, to the entire Casa Velas team for making our stay such a special experience. From our arrival, we were received with warm and genuine attention by the reception team. The support with our luggage and every detail during our arrival made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. We want to make a special mention of the pool team, who made us feel at home with their friendliness, warmth, and excellent service. We also greatly thank the Emiliano restaurant team, always attentive to every detail during our breakfasts, as well as the housekeeping staff and the Spa team, whose attention and professionalism made our stay even more pleasant. Beyond the excellent service, we want to recognize something that for us made all the difference: the human quality of each of the people who served us. You can tell when a team works with true vocation and affection for what they do, and that is reflected in every small detail. After these four days, we leave rested, happy, and with an enormous sense of gratitude. We take away very good memories and, above all, the gratitude of having lived such a pleasant and special experience. Casa Velas is truly the most amazing place in Vallarta to relax and enjoy a peaceful environment. The food and service are outstanding, and the quality is simply the best. The beach club is only five minutes away and is absolutely beautiful. This is our second time staying here, and we already know we’ll keep coming back! Excellent! By the third day, no one asked me what I wanted for breakfast anymore. Ulises would arrive at Emiliano with the banana smoothie and yogurt ready before my golf lesson, and Leonardo, Omar, and Gerardo already knew the rest. That is what an all-inclusive makes possible and what almost no one mentions in reviews. It is not the open bar. It is that you interact so much with the same people, in so many areas of the hotel, that they stop serving you and start getting to know you. They learn what you like. And then they offer you what you did not yet know you were going to like. Antonio at the lobby bar, always one step ahead of what I needed. Ávalos and Antonio at the pool, with good conversation and a very cold cocktail. Enrique and Eric at the beach club, welcoming me with a smile and looking out for my comfort and safety. Esmeralda and Denis at the concierge, having the arrangements settled before I arrived and throughout the entire stay. Don Miguel at the entrance, attentive every time I entered or left. Casa Velas can be described by its facilities. I prefer to describe it by its people.
