Dreams Puerto Vallarta Resort Spa

The hotel was average, the food was below average. If you wanted to sit by the pool you needed to rent a cabana as well as if you wanted food service. The prices for the spa were ridiculous. Overall I would rate this place a 6. I would not come back.

This was our third visit to Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and this time was for my wedding. My wife and I had the best experience there, and always do. Compared to other resorts in the area, the value you get from the layout and privacy of the resort on it's own private beach, the quality of the food, the staff and service you get is truly top notch. I can't recommend this place enough. If you can, the swim out rooms (not club section) are worth the extra price.

our stay in this hotel resort was disappointing, staff were nice but front desk line was always busy, I tried calling them at least 50ntimes and they never answered, we had to either go down or call somewhere else and ask them to connect us to the front desk food was below average, nothing special and there were flies and fruit flies flying over all the food items, buffet was disgusting and it didn`t seem to bother them at all. beach towels were only available in the morning and during the day it was impossible to find them, the whole time we were there they kept trying to sell us their cabanas and wouldn`t allow guest to use them without paying for them- we had transportation from and to airport included in our pachage and at the end of our stay there were denying our transportation back to the airport. overal, we don`t recommend this resort
