Excellent place, clean, comfortable, great variety, and good taste of the food, good location, and a quiet place.

Firstly, I understand that one chooses this type of 4-star hotels for being a more accessible option, but there are many areas for improvement that have nothing to do with luxury or demands. First, the service from most of the staff was very poor, even to the point of being rude. The hotel lacks a lot of maintenance and general cleanliness. One of the most positive aspects is that all the food is delicious, but that does not justify the negative experience we had while visiting this hotel.

Facilities need renovation; the attention from waiters, reception, and some bartenders leaves much to be desired. The waiters only attend to whom they want and spend their time chatting, especially one waitress by the pool. I was there for 4 days, and out of all the services, only 3 waiters stood out. The price is affordable, but that does not mean you will receive poor treatment.
