Our stay at Riu Palace was truly unforgettable! During our two-week vacation, we made so many memorable connections with the staff, and the level of hospitality, service, and food was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Charlie and Janet, who were always so attentive and welcoming in the buffet. Fercho and Polo were hands down the best bartenders—they always greeted us with a smile and made every drink perfectly. Andrea and Sebastian brought incredible energy to every activity and made each day so much fun. Overall, every staff member we interacted with provided outstanding customer service and made us feel at home throughout our entire two-week stay. We can't wait to come back! This was our 3rd visit to this resort, and it did not let us down. My wife and I always look for Rius when traveling to an all-inclusive. The service is impeccable, the food is wonderful, and the resort is maintained so well. We discovered this Riu a few years ago and now call it our Happy Place. When we arrive, we do not leave the resort. Why would you? The service is great, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. We now splurge for the Elite club and love the Elite Restaurant -- the service there is PERFECT! Best steak ever! We can't wait to get back!! This July, we decided to try the Riu Palace Baja California in Cabo - it has been a while since we have been to a Riu in Cabo --- and we hope they match the experience we had in PV! We will let you know!!!
