Secrets Vallarta Bay Resorts & Spa Adults Only

This was our third stay at this resort, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating three birthdays in our group, so we wanted this trip to be special, and the staff made sure it was. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was quick and efficient, allowing us to start enjoying our vacation right away. Our concierge, Jamie, was outstanding. He handled every one of our requests promptly and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Not only did he check in with us daily by text, but he also took the time to find us around the resort to make sure everything was perfect and that we didn’t need anything. That level of personal attention made us feel genuinely cared for. Of course, after checking in, there was only one thing left to do—head straight to the pool with a cocktail! We hardly ever had to visit the swim-up bar because our poolside servers, Omar, Carlos, and Alfonso, were incredibly attentive. They were always friendly, proactive, and made sure our drinks never stayed empty for long. Their service allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation. Breakfast was another highlight each morning. While I can’t remember the names of everyone who served us, I do want to recognize Wendy, Diego, and Brittany. They were warm, welcoming, and provided exceptional service that made every morning start on a great note. The food was excellent at every restaurant we tried during our stay, with no misses anywhere. One standout was the Sucking Pig tacos at Tamarindo—terrible name, I know—but they were absolutely delicious and definitely not to be skipped. The Preferred Club Lounge was the perfect place to unwind each evening with a cocktail and a light snack before dinner. Juan was fantastic—friendly, personable, and always provided excellent service. One of the reasons we continue to return to this resort is the consistently outstanding service. The employees truly make the experience memorable, and it’s clear they take pride in ensuring every guest has an amazing vacation. Thank you to everyone who helped make our birthday celebration so special. We can’t wait to return for visit number four!

This is my third time with my girlfriend to Secreta PV, and it did not disappoint! The rooms are inviting and clean, and the staff always proves to be incredible. Hosted activities are super fun, especially water volleyball. Food options are plentiful and high quality. Tamarindo tacos were delicious, and I really liked the options at Oceana. Toto, David, Noe, Erick, Carlos, and Jimmy thank you for the hosted activities. Servers Carlos, Alfonso, and Omar at the pool were awesome. Finally, Jaime you were amazing. Thank you all for the great hospitality and attentive care.

We had an amazing stay, and the staff truly made our trip unforgettable. Check-in with Fatima was quick and easy, and she kept us updated throughout our stay with daily messages and activity schedules. Jimmy went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday extra special with room decorations, desserts, and an unforgettable surprise birthday celebration at our cabana—he even played the guitar! A special thank you to ToTo DeJesus for bringing incredible energy to the pool with water aerobics, volleyball, dance classes, and other fun activities that kept everyone engaged. We also want to recognize Cecilia, our cabana server for two days. She was warm, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her outstanding service made our cabana experience even more enjoyable. Everyone at the resort was friendly and accommodating, and their exceptional hospitality made this a trip we'll always remember. We can't wait to come back!
