water pressure in showers isnt that good, but great location my room was clean but you get 3 towels and get charged if theyre missing. floor matt is just a smaller towel on the floor.

I stayed one night and dealt with drunks running in and out of the building at all hours of the night. I had paid for 7 days in advance. I was promised a refund for the other 6 I still havent gotten itl...................................AVOID this very outdated place in the ghetto

We enjoyed our stay at VallartaSol after the second evening. We had a second floor room with a balcony and kitchenette overlooking the pool. This is not the Ritz and if you can overlook slow source of hot water in shower or the occasional groan of water taps in bathroom sink, and slight rattling of A/C, it is worth staying. During our 10 full days, we managed to walk the neighbourhood and found many wonderful eating establishments within an eight block radius. The pool was great during mid afternoon when it wasn't basically empty. What we really appreciated is the day staff who on our last day allowed us to stay beyond check-out of 12:00 pm due to flight delay(s) not just once but twice until we finally left at 4:00 pm. We will definitely try and stay with them for any future short stay in PV.
