When I tried to contact the hotel by phone, they answered until the 5th or 6th call, the information on the price of the room differs from what appears on the page, when I spoke again to clarify they answered me again on the fifth call, they did not know how to answer me and they hung up on me I booked on the website and they respected the price, they assigned me a room on the ground floor, at 6 am I woke up to the loud music coming from the reception so I went out and asked for it to be turned down, but in the meantime they woke me up. When I returned to take a nap at 1:00 p.m., loud music again came from the hotel kitchen since it was in the same hallway as the rooms. I asked them to let me down, fortunately they did and closed the door. I didn't have towels, I had to request them in person since the room phone number was never answered at reception. They only brought me 2, I needed a towel to dry my hands and the one that is placed in the shower. They don't have an iron, I had to request it and they lent it to me. The good: spacious, clean room, comfortable pillows and mattress, has covered parking (the staff there does not greet you) I hope they take action on this.

Hotel was clean enough, however my room was facing the street and I couldn't sleep all night because of the compressor noise. no AC. There are a ton of middle priced hotels, pick a better one instead.

visited on 7/5/2017, worn out sheets with holes, found dirt between the sheets and what it appears to be a band aid. Requested 2 extra towels at the service desk (by the way, he did not even acknowledge me and went on with his work) and the guy wanted me to pay $100 pesos. Asked to speak to the Manager, the service desk guy was bothered by my request. Manager was worst than the service desk guy. Manager said that he was out of towels and that I was not the only one in the hotel and for the price I paid, I couldn't get extra towels. Manager ignored my request and told me to leave to my room that they would try to find an extra towel. I ended up getting 1 extra towel at no charge by one of their maids. God forbids asking them to change my sheets. We were on the first floor with windows facing the street, you could hear the cars passing by and the people walking by. Restaurant food is good. Location is excellent.
