We traveled as a group according to the delivery of the rooms was at 3 in the afternoon we arrived around 6 in the afternoon and still were not all the rooms ready, slow at check in, old rooms with cockroaches, cold water, reports and do not give you solution you need to be insisting a lot for you to solve and unwillingly. On the day of the check out we touched us on the eleventh floor and or surprise the only two elevators did not work that were out of service , so we had to go down with suitcases to the lobby, in the group came elderly people who could not go down stairs was quite a case the go down, we were several groups that left at the same time so you can imagine the elderly people took a long time to go down and because they lined up to be able to get down, lousy service, people who attend you unwillingly, do not fulfill what you promise, old and dirty rooms and with cockroaches leaves much to be desired so I do not recommend staying there. If you can help it...avoid it.

I had booked this hotel and they cancelled giving the excuse that my card had been declined strange that it was about 4 months after I had booked and still two months to go to my stay. The reason I am providing a review is that they did me a favour I did visit the hotel when in Mexico City as it was close to where I stayed. The smell of sewage on the street it is located on is terrible. The look of the hotel is old and worn as is the lobby. They have a bar which I suspect would be very noisey.

Horrible room, nothing to do with the photo advertised on the internet. Cots instead of beds. Experience to forget, book a week in advance and when we arrived at night they gave us room 910, which is nothing like what they publish on the internet on the hotel site, cockroach, dirty bathroom, uncontrolled TV and double beds They were metal cots with mesh and horrible mattresses. I ended up not being able to rest or sleep and with a sore back with discomfort. My children and wife upset and had an unpleasant experience. IT IS NOT WHAT THEY PROMISE ON THEIR PAGE OR ON THE ONLINE RESERVATION AND SALES PLATFORMS.
