The hotel is beautiful, but the customer service is the worst! The bar tender was extremely rude! Never even acknowledged us, didn’t even made eye contact with us, didn’t offer us a drink. My son and his friend were able to get a drink, and when they asked for the bill, the boy/girl what ever gender she was trying to assume said nothing walked away, came back 5 minutes later and without saying anything AGAIN! Gave them the bill. We stayed there for 7 days and the treatment never changed. I will NOT be coming back. You guys need to hire people that actually want to work. We had the same awful service the only one day we decided to get breakfast at the hotel. We travel every year, but will spend my money in a different hotel.
