Since we received a terrible attention from reception, the poorly cleaned room with hair on the floor, no chair on the desk or light on it, considering that we arrived at 5 and checkin was at 3, enough time to have the room clean and tidy, in the bathroom any kind of amenities of a hotel, I had already stayed here, IT WAS my preferred option, what an unpleasant experience.

The hotel and the room are good, but the treatment of the lady at the reception is fatal, it is a shame that they have such arrogant people without the slightest sense of service. Just for her, I don't plan to ever come back again. If she doesn't like serving or wants to steal the amount of a reservation, she shouldn't be working for tourism, wasting the pleasant experience that is beautiful Morelia.

Hotel with an aging decor, opposite a very busy park. Very noisy rooms facing the street. On the other hand, they are large and comfortable, ditto beds. The air conditioning is terribly noisy. The breakfast buffet is very good, lots of choice, well-prepared Mexican specialties, fruits, drinks... for good value for money. The staff is cold, not always friendly and not always well-disposed. On its website, the hotel announces that it is 1.7 km from Morelia city center. Be careful, it is more than 2km away, or even more depending on the route chosen. value for money just right.
