Fiesta Inn Morelia

The hotel is pretty worn out! It was not very clean hairs on the coffee cups. Breakfast was ok the rest of the menu was very disappointing.

It is the second time I visited this hotel and as I wrote earlier, it is very well located, 10 min from downtown, close to several shops and convention center of morelia, good size and clean rooms, secure parking, pool and restaurants inside. The only bad thing was the receptionist of that day, we got to ask for the rooms, the name they provided us and that they could not find it or did not have knowledge, I marked who made the reservation and that I was going to ask directly to the Manager, we were there 30 min (really not much), the point is that the manager on low shift saw us and did not say or do anything, from then on those 30 min passed, I asked again and until that moment they told me that if they had the rooms, therefore they were seeing me stopped for 30 minutes and if I did not get close it would have been more and the Manager the same. She always with a high-handed and uncouth attitude, I didn't really care and I went on the day. As I wrote, this hotel has everything, but sometimes 1 thing alone can make your stay bad.

We booked from 30 to 2 Jan in Cantalagua and it turns out that there are 2 more . We wanted to reach the HACIENDA CANTALAGUA and the reservation was is GRAN Cantalagua, q nothing to do with the hacienda. I consider q if there are three hotels in the same chain and with almost the same name they must send at least location or at least q the prospective guest knows in which of the three is booking. They took our penalty night because when we realized, it was too late to cancel. Good thing there was room on the estate. We're not the only ones we had to hear the same ones, because two more guests gave the same testimony at reception and certainly with the charge to the other hotel, that is to say a paid night for nothing
