The two stars are for the excellent location it has, very central and you have many things walking, from there on out everything is sadly bad, the attention of the employees is poor, it seems that they are doing you a favor by answering your questions, at least from the receptionists everyone, the biggest problem is the noise that is heard in the rooms, you can hear what is coming from the rooms on your floor, the one above and the one below, the rooms do not have a fan and the heat is very high but you cannot open the window or The noise gets worse, this is the definition of Cheap is expensive

Super noisy ... old ... location on a red light district road ... lots of noisy bars outside! I must admit it is cheap at about 400 pesos a night if you are in the room solo. Not a good option in Morelia.

I didn't even had the chance to experience the bad service myself though, that was not necessary to notice the shameful uncompetitiveness of its people. It's been already a month since I'm trying so hard to cancel my reservation for 1 week which I had already payed with an online bank transaction. I called them on time to cancel properly the nights, but they did not even dare to answer phone calls, emails or any communication channel. They have been arguing and trying to make me believe that it's some else's fault by avoiding the responsibility. The said I had to pay only for the first night as a penalisation, but the rest of my money they are no giving explanations. UNDESIRABLE HIDEOUS SERVICE
