An excellent place, well located and clean. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. The food is good and the prices, both for the rooms and the restaurant, are very reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel on two occasions for work purposes (June 6-7 and June 15-16). I believe it has several areas of opportunity that should be addressed. The main problem is the noise. Since the facilities are small, it is easy to hear what happens in common areas and nearby rooms. During both stays, I had difficulties resting and working due to the noise generated by other guests and maintenance work carried out during the day. Another point for improvement is the breakfast. It is advertised as included breakfast, but it actually consists only of a sandwich, which is insufficient to be considered a complete breakfast. Additionally, during one of my stays, I found a cockroach inside the room, a situation that made me question the cleanliness standards of the place. The staff was friendly, and the location may be convenient depending on the guest's needs, but overall I believe the experience can improve significantly, especially for those traveling for work who need to rest or concentrate.

A hotel with a good location, good attention from all the staff in general, clean, has an elevator which is very important, and quite spacious parking.
