I reported it but the response was not the best, apparently the management does not mind giving an explanation and a sincere apology to the guests. On the other hand despite doing the reception for two people only left amenities for one person, I reported it at reception from the first day and even though they said they would crash one did nothing to solve it. I don't recommend staying at that hotel.

Hello hello. It is a hotel that has a good location and I like that it has a covered parking lot. Now they are undergoing remodeling so they do not have a seating area and the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. so it is not a good option until they complete their remodeling.

Everything was very good, alone, a little late with the valet parking, when we returned there came a time when no one received the car and I had to leave it in the parking lot myself because there was no one and we were waiting for about 20 minutes from then on, everything was fine.
