Lousy Hotel sell rooms for 4 people. With a double bed and two sofa beds. And what you have to sleep in is a horrible armchair, be careful for no reason come and book. And the receptionist on duty, without any tact to answer just answer that the only option is for me to pay for one more room. And that you are also not interested in me commenting on the situation that happened here at trip advisor. At least there is a way to share the experience.

Do not book this place. As a Mexican American we were treated like trash. They do not care about you, they just want you to spend money on their restaurant. Very loud music every other day that goes on until about 2 or three in the morning. You can request a manager or whomever is in charge but it falls on deaf ears. They don’t allow you to bring snacks or food from outside and they even try to check your bag. We booked a week there thinking it would be a fun experience but it was a nightmare, almost prison like, they sold our two bedroom apartment to a wedding party and tried to give us a single bed room with a “concrete couch with a cushion on it’ as our second bed for my two kids. Food is over priced and taste less. They keep a chubby old dude that looks to be ex-cop or military that is in charge of checking your bags or intimidate you, they let their friends in to use the facilities and rent the pools and meeting areas to different groups of people. My family has never felt so unwelcome at a resort, they judge you and ignore you if you have any concerns. Lastly they have a private security gate at the entrance for the rest of the subdivisions around and on the third day, the stupid security girl didn’t like that me and my family kept going in and out, due to us not liking the food at the resort, told me (I am Mexican so you guys know) that they were not going to let me and my family in anymore because they didn’t want any foreigners coming in and out and that that I needed to obtain a Mexican ID just to come in the next time. I DONT HAVE ONE OF THOSE. Once again, I asked to speak to her boss and she would not provide the bosses number or let me talk to him. All in all this places is racist and deserves zero ratings. It’s a dump.

The very bad service and attention, I requested a room and they told me that there would be one until three in the afternoon, so they allowed me to enter the restaurant, after breakfast my family went down to the pool area in the meantime I went to request the room, when registering and paying down to the pool area and the lodging manager as mentioned, along with a security guard were already taking my family out of the pool area with the e,thing that they were not guests, I did not know the cause of such a hostile moment told them that they requested room that had already been covered and that they delivered it to us at three and allowed us to use the facilities in what was available , the manager spoke on radio confirmed that it was true and instead of acknowledging their mistake made us from the hotel after all obfuscated us for the bad time, I do not recommend it are racist and misogynistic.!!!!
