Terrible hotel, no light in the room, no air condition, nice garden, i stay there because I was attending a wedding near by, but i never want to stay there again, i didnt try the breakfast but it was included, very expensive room for what they offer

We went here for a 2 nights stay, i must say it is not fancy at all. Not 5* as it was announced, barely 3* in my opinion. Front desk: Helpful and nice staff in there, they offered us for about 120 MXP a late checkout and included meal, we went there with a breakfast plan, but it was a nice offer and we took it. Pools: Cold water, didn't like that, it was hot in there but really cold water. Nice pool service, they brought snaks and drinks for a reasonable price. Rooms: Old furniture but just ok, some bugs but i guess it was normal since there are lots of gardens in the hotel-

I had a room with 2 double beds and the room and bathroom was very clean, large and roomy. The pool and patio area was clean and very pleasant, I think they do not often get non Spanish speaking guests and the daytime desk person was not overly helpful, though not rude. Everyone else was friendly and patient with my meager Spanish. I only ate at the restaurant 2x's and both times the dishes were very good and the prices reasonable. Within a block there were 3 sellers of fruit with chili and lime. That was my daily breakfast. Wonderful and only 15 pesos. On the main drag thru town there are multiple little places to get dinner very inexpensively. I was traveling in the off season so other than 2 nights over Dia de los Muertos the place was empty but I felt safe and secure. I paid $540 pesos a night. I think they may charge more at other times. It is certainly worth what I paid. Temixco is not much of a destination place tho it has a wonderful non tourist market with spices, chilis, meat, fruit etc within walking distance and it is next door to a large water park. You can take a Ruta for 55 centavos directly to Cuernavaca as well as to Xochicalco ruins and other little towns nearby. To get to Taxco I went into C and then back South so that was a bit of a hassle but not bad. And Taxco was very worth a full day. A wonderful hillside town.
