Casa Colonial

Today I had a very unpleasant time in this hotel as my bed had ants. I am very upset as I think they are basic hygiene details that no hotel should overlook let alone a hotel like this that is not economical!

It is a beautiful hotel in its architecture, the room that touched us was very spacious, with a wonderful distribution, has a small room where you will find the dressing table with a fabulous skylight, which was the place I liked the most. The problem was that they have problems with water distributions. From Saturday to Sunday there was not all night, so using the bathroom was a problem. Besides, the water does not come out hot quickly, it takes time to come out and only lasts for a few seconds and then turns cold so bathing is uncomfortable. The afternoon staff, the valet parking, the waitresses, very friendly, the massage staff very attentive and sweet in their treatment, only one of the receptionists in the morning does not know how to answer the greeting of the guests and their attitude is somewhat aggressive-rude. Still clear we would stay again, it is very well located, there are wonderful restaurants and it is very safe around the area.

Very beautiful and colonial hotel , Italia clase to the Cathedral. They have great breakfast and spa and the place have a very beautiful athmosphere with the Pool garden and paintings… the people that work there are always kind and very nice
