Hotel Magico Inn

Very bad experience. I don't come back and I don't recommend. I was double charged for my room and not refunded. They said I had to wait 3 to 15 days! Restaurant service: has a good variety on the menu. -normal taste -normal portions -WEIGHTY time to serve food. We made the full order (5 px) and we had already finished eating and even a dish was missing and even if we asked for it they were still serving the other tables and we were there... waiting. And when they brought me dessert... they brought me the tickets! I checked the account and until that moment I realized that they had not brought me some drinks either! So long ago we forgot. BAD EXPERIENCE

The bed has bed bugs, as soon as we realized it we decided to leave the hotel and better drive to our destination, the administration was terrible in reporting the incident and showing evidence of the animal, they did nothing, be careful because they do not give you any type of refund.

The hotel is located near a mall and a supermarket which is very convenient. The room was clean and the check-in/out was fast. The only issue is that the walls seem to be very thin, we could hear everything that happens in the hall and the steps from the room upstairs even though they were barefoot. The hotel has a restaurant, we did not try it and near the hotel there are other restaurants (VIPs, chillis). The hotel is on the road.
