Hotel VF Cuernavaca

The treatment of the staff is DIRE, Tomas watches you and treats you as if you were going to steal something, the receptionists are very bad There is no Restaurant Service, the coffee is denied, it really is the worst experience I have had in Cuernavaca

A cute clean hotel. Small. AC was old and was not working properly but it cooled at night thankfully. Clean, spacious. The restaurant had great food. Pool was dirty but I'm sure it was due to the rains the night before we got there. I'd stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights last summer when our son was in Spanish school in Cuernavaca. It was nothing fancy or special, just a decent night's sleep with clean sheets. The room had a double bed and a chair in it, and that was it. Not a bottle of water or ice bucket or anything. The swimming pool was small but nice and they did offer a small "continental breakfast" in the mornings. The staff was helpful as far as giving ideas of where to find restaurants or places to see within walking distance of the hotel. It was quite a walk to find a restaurant, but plenty of taxis all around.
