Excellent, very friendly staff, and all their food is very delicious.

Every time I have stayed at this hotel, it has been a fabulous experience; I have come several times and to the sister hotel Barceló, and without a doubt, I will come back.

Not customer friendly. Food are not good. Stain on pillow case and towels Toilet sink smells sewer at night
