My stay was excellent! The Best Western PREMIER Monterrey Airport exceeded my expectations. The facilities are top notch, the bed very comfortable and the staff was impeccable. Definitely my number one choice when I return to Monterrey for work or pleasure.

I requested to cancel my stay due to personal issues and I did it with several days prior to the date and after I've obtained a cancellation folio it didn't work. And even I've asked I didn't receive a refund. There were 2 rooms in the reservation and it couldn't cancel at least one, the other was used.

Excellent choice of accommodation near the airport, with transfer service Airport-Hotel-Airport, very good room service 24 hrs with Menu for all tastes, quiet with work areas and with lots of room space, excellent option that I always use when going to the international airport of monterrey
