Comfort Inn Monterrey Valle

This hotel has very poor practices; the previous situation is due to the fact that although they offer Booking, they do not provide service. It is truly a regrettable situation, and for that reason, I do not recommend it at all. They have no ethics or professionalism; do not risk it, nor your family. I have reported this situation to Booking so they can remove this hotel from their listings.

We stayed here while visiting a friend who has a ministry to underserved kids in the outskirts of Monterrey. It was accessible to her areas as well as all that the city has to offer in restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with a variety of local foods and luscious fruits as well as granola and yogurt. Our room also had a small kitchen and balcony that presented a wonderful view of the city and a sunset! The garden pool area was very relaxing and clean.

I expected more from Comfort Inn. When I got to the room there was no internet or TV, there was no soap, no towels, to the point that best changed my room. The next day the elevator was not how many hours in maintenance, we had to go up and down to the 3rd floor on foot and at the time of check out, lower the bags down the stairs. Parking is very uncomfortable if you get room from the tower opposite, because you have to go up and down stairs with everything and bags to move to the other tower and take the elevator. Breakfast is great and the people who serve very friendly and helpful, especially a lady from Venezuela who unfortunately forgot to ask her name.
