Crowne Plaza Monterrey

Before we even arrived, the hotel's communication was disappointing. We emailed the hotel about a week before our stay to advise that we would need a late check-in, but the hotel only replied the day before our arrival, after we could no longer cancel the reservation. The reply stated that our reservation would be canceled if we had not checked in by 11 p.m., even though the hotel advertises a 24-hour front desk and our reservation allowed check-in until midnight. The main issue during the stay was the plumbing/sewage problem near our room. We stayed in room 1205, and there was a strong sewage smell near room 1204, along with constant plumbing noise during the day. Workers, pipes, tools, and materials were directly outside our room, making it uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe to reach our door. No one warned us in advance, explained the situation, or offered to move us to another room. During our stay, it became apparent that the hotel relies heavily on business from Aeroméxico, which affects the level of attention given to other guests. One floor is reserved for airline crew, and the focus on contract business seems to give less consideration to regular paying customers. With consistently high airline occupancy, the hotel appears to have limited incentive to address guest concerns or maintain consistent service standards. Overall, the lack of communication and the plumbing conditions made this a very disappointing stay.

Horrible, dirty, and without any care; disgusting and expensive.

Everything is very good But I want to make a complaint. I arrived at the hotel with my family at night, almost at dawn. And around 8 AM on May 16th, in room 918, the housekeeper was insistently ringing the bell to ask when she could clean it. I told her approximately 12 PM. In the end, I left and returned at 7 PM, and it was not clean. Very bad
