I have stayed at that hotel for years, but the service and the facilities are declining more every day. The cleanliness in general is bad. It gives the impression that the staff is doing you a favor; during my current stay on 08/13/2026, I reported problems with the room's cleanliness because there are cockroaches, but they ignored it; we returned today 7 hrs after leaving the room and they didn't clean, in addition to there being a cockroach on the bed. They changed our room, but we won't be able to sleep peacefully anymore. Avoid staying there.

My stay was very pleasant and Captain Iván is a very kind and refined person, I highly recommend coming and if you are served by him, even better 🤗

I made a reservation for 2 adults and one minor. Upon arriving at the hotel, Edward tells me that since the "minor" is 14 years old, he is already considered an adult and wants to charge me more for accommodating him. It is truly shameful and sad to see how they take advantage of their customers. Upon entering the room, the bathroom is dirty with hair on the floor. Avoid this hotel.
