Fiesta Inn Monterrey Centro

I stayed at this hotel in September this year on business and was charged twice for my stay. When requesting a refund, I was told that they would do so at the end of my stay, a situation that was not fulfilled. Then I was informed that the refund would take 3 weeks. That happened a month ago and I didn't get the refund. I've tried to call the hotel directly but they won't take my calls.

They rent completely dirty rooms and infested with bed bugs, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They don't want to be held responsible by returning the money, they're shameless!! This was a business trip in which several rooms were paid with super high total cost, and despite the bad experience they DO NOT WANT TO REFUND US!

The worst hotel, the worst experience, zero recommended, is disgusting, bad smell, everything is in a deplorable situation, they even have bed bugs, beds in super bad condition. We had to change hotels and they don't want to pay our money back.
