HAMPTON INN BY HILTON MONTERRE

There is secure parking available at this location with ample room for all sized vehicles. The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The front desk staff is bilingual and extremely helpful. Breakfast time is crazy especially on the weekends, they need at least two more waffle irons in order to keep up with the demand.

The worst experience dirty place, with humidity, my room key was not working then the security staff had to open. Lousy service, stained wall, drawers are useless, desk chair expired, floor super dirty,

I have stayed several times at this hotel, but on the last two they stole money. The first time I detected it when I got home, the second time I detected it while at the hotel, the money was in a backpack. I gave the complaints to the hotel management and they told me that they did not believe me because their housekeeper staff is very reliable, and that they were not responsible for the losses in the rooms. The rooms do not have safe deposit boxes!!!!!! When I left the hotel the waitress involved was still working in the rooms.
