Hampton Inn & Suites Monterrey Norte

The service from the staff is perfect. The cleaning lady is an excellent person and very kind. The problem was the internet; you cannot work from the hotel, they only provide 10 megabytes of speed and it is very intermittent, it drops to as low as 1 megabyte. Of all the hotels I have stayed in across Mexico, Argentina, the USA, and Brazil, without a doubt this has the worst internet service I have experienced; I felt like I went back to 2006.

Excellent in every way

Booked this for our visit to see Sweden in the football World Cup. A bit expensive but affordable for the current period and met expectations. Spacious room for two with two large comfortable double beds. and fresh, good bathroom, OK pool area and good Wifi. OK breakfast was included but if you want hot dishes the supplement is exorbitantly expensive, like paying the full breakfast again. Very good service. We appreciated the proximity to the metro/metro.
