Holiday Inn Monterrey Norte

This place was really great for my travel needs. Friendly English speaking staff, gift shop in the lobby, and a large room service menu with food that didn't make me sick. The water in the hotel also didn't get me sick which is a huge plus. The location is a minutes walk to the metro station and also a quick car ride to the Old Town. Overall a great stay.

Terrible service at the front desk. They don’t let you have visitors whatsoever and if they do somehow allow you to have any they’ll charge you an extra $40 USD for every additional person. That’s ridiculous! From what I believe this is the only holiday inn that does that kind of stuff. It’s like extortion.

Room clean, employees very nice and helpful but the only thing is that if you have a lot but a lot of luggage this hotel is not for you it has NO ELEVATORS. Other then that is a nice place to stay....
