Since we arrived the waitress opened the door to the room, fortunately the safety was on, but I found it an exaggeration to invade privacy having an hour of arrival. Also the next day that was our check out we were disturbed very early by the laundry service, when it is supposed in the list should appear that we would leave that day, it is a little illogical that I send washing clothes for a day on my departure date. Location is great if you’re attending a conference at Cintermex, as it is connected. Otherwise the hotel is on the old side, with some updates in the rooms, but lacking updates in the bathrooms. AC was good, WiFi was ok. Good amount of outlets. Not great water pressure in shower. Bathroom didn’t feel all that clean. Breakfast buffet was very basic. A la cart lunch and dinners were good. They have a small gift store with snacks that is often closed.

I share my personal review. I start with the negative, as they are important for future bookings and know where they are going. What you pay for your stay with what you receive is so unbalanced that you feel conned. *dirty rooms basically just drop towels and lay the bed. *Tasteless food with little variety in the breakfast buffet. *The only thing that looks clean and decent is the lobby the rest of the hotel dirty and old. **The climate in my room was the minimum necessary to make it feel warm you can not lower the temperature was colder the hotel lobby or the OXXO than my room. The pool wanted to make use of it at 10 am as offered in the reservation and when you go they tell you that until 12 or 1 because it was cleaned and it is necessary to wait here many people upset with this, since checkout is at 1. * The balconies have a nice view but they are all sloppy not a chair or minimal cleaning the entire window dotted with paint.
