iStay Hotel Monterrey Historico

Very bad experience; the hotel is old and neglected. The elevator and the locks in the room were not working. Overrated and bad. Very dirty.

The worst hotel ever!!! Stay away fom this place. Old, dirty, crowdy, only 1 elevator for the whole hotel and it has 15 floors and a almost 1000 guests!!! No hairdryer in the room, the view to the pool is a joke. The kindness off the staff is below level 0. Look for a better place. I never come here again!

The hotel restaurant offers good vegan options if you ask them on time, the hotel staff is verye amble; the only downside is that there was no plant-based milk
