Plaza del Arco

Till this moment nothing it’s good ( mad 😡) super upset . Talk about not being clean , smells, and not enough furniture in the room . Dirty , bugs , riches, problems with lights but the more disgusting it’s te roaches everywhere.

The sheets are dirty, the cleaning is not the best, the worst is that the mattresses are not so comfortable. I didn't want to claim for our fatigue, but for the cost-benefit it's lousy. What's more, I could assure you I saw a very similar cockroach or bug.

Outside the hotel looks very sloppy, the reception more or less, the room we stayed in (2nd floor), smells too damp, two days in a row we found cockroaches, there is no ventilation the only window was sealed, the extractor of the bathroom was not useful, nothing to do with the photos that are seen the internet, has the basics. I really do not recommend it unless it is urgent, the only good thing I saw is that it is very close to the center, the mall, a supermarket (soriana) and the place that went for work. When I returned home I noticed that many of my clothes had the scent of dampness, even the one I was wearing clean.
