Safi Royal Luxury Towers

On the last occasion, they assigned me the room for people with disabilities since I was with a person in a wheelchair; they have a shower chair and bars to facilitate mobility, only it seems they forgot to put out hand towels and the shower ones were old and torn; the cleaning was good, the treatment was friendly and very cordial.

Everything was excellent; I have only had an issue with a loyalty card; they have not processed it correctly and all my benefits for the whole month; I went to Safy Valle yesterday, etc., and my points will not be able to be loaded.

Very good service, very clean and presentable facilities, all the staff with a very good attitude
