Gran Hotel Huatulco

Lousy , all dirty super percussed towels dirty sheets and bed bugs the bathroom with mold, dirty broken sinks the air conditioning does not serve the pool with green water , dirty common areas do not make you want to sit in the armchairs because it looks like they have never been cleaned. And if you want to complain about something, they tell you it's not in charge, and that's what they do.

A lovely smaller hotel, Staff friendly, clean, awesome free breakfast. Two handicapped suites. Central and a very wheelchair/scooter friendly town. Spent 10 days and felt right at home. Internet only available in reception. Would stay again.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel. It is an older hotel but clean with lots of hot water, secure parking and the basic amentities. The staff is very helpful.
