Excellent service, all the extremely friendly workers, I think they also submitted badly for the lousy deal I had with the Lord in charge of reservations when trying to clarify the problem we had with the breakfast issue included. The Lord was extremely condescending in dealing with me until the end my husband spoke to him and they finally agreed to give breakfast to our 5-year-old boy. They should investigate this was fasting as I read in comments and heard from the workers themselves that this is not the first time.
The Beach Club phenomenal, very nice and the service spectacular too.
The hotel was almost full but never overwhelmed.
Really everyone tried to make our stay special after such a bitter drink with the gentleman at the booking office.
