The rooms were not ready 3.30 pm. The wifi never worked. Very low TV quality. We were assigned some rooms downstairs from a common area. Excessive noise was reported on several occasions, chairs were dragged, people were partying from 10 pm to 11.20 pm and did not resolve. They just said they didn't want to leave.

The hotel''s room bathroom is not bad. The restrooms are hard to work. Water not running. Syphon not filling. But you get the hair dryer with your passport. If you can find it, too. Because sometimes there’s no hair dryer. They don’t have enough rooms. Breakfast is good and the options are delicious. But the service is too slow. If you have a date for somewhere, you’ll need to go early for breakfast.

My experience has been very unfortunate. 9 days without sleeping well thanks to a group of foreigners (Chinese), apparently waiting for a migration process (very rare), because they did not leave the hotel. At night their screams for hours without allowing others to rest, talking on their cell phones at the door of our room and asking the front desk to ask them to lower the party level every 10 minutes and them not stopping sometimes until midnight... Bad experience touched me unfortunately.
