only breakfast included...it is enough There's cheap food out there

Not Recommended!!!! No drinkable water in rooms & they charge you if you want a drinkable bottle of water; no chair in the room, noise level unbearable & they basically don't care. We paid for 'breakfast' but when we arrive & sign in they tell you that there is "a charge for a second cup of coffee or tea at breakfast"!!!! Who ever heard of this??

Terrible. Let's count x hotel website. The room does not correspond to the balcony and beach views. Small and comfortable room. We are taught interior with window to pool. As we want one overlooking the beach we pay more for another with balcony towards the sea. As the contract was offer they did not return the money... Put the name to this practice.... Well, the room we pay more for, lacks the slightest soundproofing. It gives a nightclub the worst of reggaeton..... And you can't be, or sleep. And the worst part is that they know it. .......I don't know how they can sell a room like that....vibrates everything...I don't know how this is authorized and plays with the illusion of travelers...
