Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo

The hotel facilities are excellent and really have the potential to offer a great experience. Unfortunately, the staff service was far below that level. From check-in, we received unfriendly service and no information about the benefits of our Fiesta Rewards membership. In the restaurants, both the hostesses and part of the staff showed little willingness to assist and were unaware of the hotel's activities. The wine tasting was disappointing due to the sommelier's lack of preparation and enthusiasm, and the bar service was very poor: on several occasions, we waited more than 20 minutes without anyone coming to assist us. The most unpleasant thing happened during breakfast, when we were invited under the pretense of explaining the benefits of Fiesta Rewards to us. In reality, it was a presentation to sell a scheme similar to a timeshare. They made us waste more than two hours of our vacation and, upon deciding that we were not interested, an advisor reacted in an annoyed and unprofessional manner. It is a shame, because the hotel has excellent facilities and good food, but the lack of training, the staff's attitude, and the sales practices ended up ruining a stay that could have been excellent.

Excellent place, very comfortable, the service is incredible, and the food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and the decoration is magnificent.

Terrible service! DO NOT go! The staff either does not want to serve or is poorly trained. The room is not cleaned unless requested. The wait time to be served in the restaurants is extremely slow despite there being no other diners. It is a shame because the place is very beautiful, but the entire service makes the experience horrible.
