Front desk staff The staff was very friendly, they always said hello no matter if it was morning, afternoon or early morning. They gave me the information to access the terrace, probably if you go upstairs without them warning, they charge you cover or minimum consumption, so it is better to approach them, as it seems to me they are separate businesses. Location The location is excellent, hard to find anything better for the price. Ideal for those looking for a practical and central place, you really have to emphasize this, you will not find anything better for what you pay. Room -The room was very clean, but it is small and hot, even being December. The mattress is very comfortable. Night lighting is very bad, in that you will feel that you are under a lamp in the street. Cleanliness The sheets, pillows and the place in general smelled clean. No cockroaches were found. There was some smell in the bathroom occasionally. -The bathroom whites were very clean, enough toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo, there is even a hairdryer. Breakfast The price includes breakfast. - Breakfast is healthy (eggs, beans, fruit or juice and coffee), very rich and prepared with fresh ingredients. Noise - A lot of noise due to the location, something understandable, you can not ignore that thousands of people live. - The volume of the terrace was tolerable and the hours, on the weekend and public holidays, are until 2 a.m. for them to take into account, the other days until 11 pm and with good prices. Noisy guests were a problem; someone had the TV turned on at full volume from 4 PM to 12 AM and no one came to solve the problem. Bathroom The water pressure in the bathroom was low. Hot water was coming out fast and allowed a nice shower. They have a window, so the smells are no problem, but if you open it a lot of noise gets in.

This Hotel is on the side of the central park, on the main avenue, 2 blocks from the historic center and you can easily walk to the aqueduct and some museums, has a restaurant on the terrace which at night is rather bar, with an excellent view of the city. Breakfast included is good option if you are in a hurry, very friendly and attentive staff.

Terrible experience. They have a rooftop bar/club playing loud music from 3 pm till 11 pm (till 3 am weekends)and you can't even hear yourself think, rest or even hear you tube with earphones off. The balls tremble with base of the music. The hotel is also old and a bit grungy. You will regret staying here like I did . no air conditioning and can't open windows because of the music.
